Sit & Fit is a lightweight, portable and all-purpose exercise device made of wood. The simple and well thought-out design offers practically unlimited application possibilities. The device, consisting of two robust guide rods, a freely adjustable mounting rail and an optional elastic training band, provides optimal support, resistance and / or guidance depending on the exercise. The corrugated shape of the guide rods not only offers optimal hold in all positions, but also allows the optional elastic straps to be attached at any height. Whether biceps training, knee extensors, hip flexors, shoulder training, the device can be adapted to the corresponding exercise in a few simple steps and thus effectively replaces large and cumbersome training equipment.
The guide rods can be dismantled using a stable screw thread. The entire device fits in a small sports bag or in a compartment of the travel suitcase and is therefore your ideal companion for to go. Sit & Fit is available in various high-quality and sustainable types of wood. The wood makes up 95% of the training device. So, you have no contact with plastic surfaces. Wood is to be preferred as a material both in terms of its energy-conducting properties and health aspects (no hormone-based plasticizers, etc.) and, of course, in terms of sustainability.
